Bill Muench

Elder, Lead Pastor
Bill is the Lead Pastor of Redemption City Church. Bill began his journey with Christ in 1994, and since has led many to embrace the life changing reality of Jesus Christ as their own.

Jon Muench

NexGen Pastor
Jon carries a deep passion for reaching the broken and the lost, demonstrating Christ’s love to people right where they are, no matter the cost. With a heart for the next generation, he leads both youth and young adult ministries. Jon is devoted to sowing seeds of hope and faith in his community, building lasting connections through love and commitment.

Charity Snyder

Children's Director
Charity is the Kid’s City director at Redemption City Church. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior when she was 7 years old. She loves being able to give back to the body of Christ by serving the children of RCC much like those who poured into her life at a young age. 

Jake Munoz

Worship Leader
Since dedicating his life to Jesus in 2021, Jake has been a committed member of the media and worship team. With a heart for service and a passion for creativity, he faithfully uses his gifts in music and media to glorify God and help lead others into His presence.

Laurie Ham

Administrative Assistant
Laurie enjoys supporting the staff by helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She has a heart for creating spaces where others can thrive and takes great joy in seeing women connect deeply with one another and grow in their understanding of God’s Word.

Debbie Muench

Executive Assistant
Debbie has served in ministry alongside her husband, Pastor Bill, for over 30 years. She provides oversight to every ministry within the church, offering support to the teams and individuals involved, much of which happens quietly behind the scenes. 

Tony J. Richardson Sr.

Elder, Chairman
Tony J. Richardson Sr. and his family have been owners at RCC for the past 10+ years and they have willingly served in different capacities. Tony has been the Elder Chairman for the last 5 years. Tony gave his life to the LORD in 1986 and later that year accepted his calling to preach.

James Synder

Elder
James and his wife Charity have been with Redemption City Church since its beginning in 2014. While being an owner at Redemption City, James has served in many different roles and capacities in hopes to love God and love people well.

Lowell Routley

Non-Sitting Elder
Lowell Routley and his wife, Terry, came to Redemption City in 2016 when they moved to Texas to retire and be near the grandchildren. They were both raised in Christian homes and trusted Christ as personal Savior as children. They met in college and married in 1967, after knowing each other for 8 months. They celebrated 50+ years of marriage.
