Bill is the Lead Pastor of Redemption City Church. Bill began his journey with Christ in 1994, and since has led many to embrace the life changing reality of Jesus Christ as their own. 

James is the Worship & Media Pastor at Redemption City church. He grew up in the church and is the son of a worship pastor. James has a passion to grow the Church to love God and love others through songs, liturgies, Sunday worship, and experiential moments. 

Charity is the Kid’s City director at Redemption City Church. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior when she was 7 years old. She loves being able to give back to the body of Christ by serving the children of RCC much like those who poured into her life at a young age. 

Jon has a passion for the broken and the lost; loving people wherever they are, and whatever the cost. He has a love for his generation. To fight for and with them.

Laurie is the Executive Administrator and Women's Ministry Co-Director. She enjoys helping the staff make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes and to see Women connect with each other and God's Word. 

Tony J. Richardson Sr. and family have been owners at RCC over the past 3 years and they have willingly served in different capacities. Tony gave his life to the LORD in 1986 and later that year accepted his calling to preach.

James and his wife Charity have been with Redemption City Church since its beginning in 2014. While being an owner at RCC, James has served in many different roles and capacities in hopes to love God and love people well. 

Lowell Routley and his wife, Terry, came to RCC in 2016 when they moved to Texas to retire and be near the grandchildren. They were both raised in Christian homes and trusted Christ as personal Savior as children. They met in college and married in 1967, after knowing each other for 8 months. They just celebrated 52 years of marriage.
